Last Wednesday, I visited Cuckoos Cafe and had a lovely experience. The place is really beautiful, and the staff is great. Each table has a charging point, making it perfect for working. The ambiance is very pretty. It used to be a tea house that I frequented before the pandemic, and I loved the seating arrangement back then. They've kept the same arrangement, which is fantastic. I tried the fried chicken sandwich, and it was delicious--juicy and crispy. Later, I had some donuts, which were decent as well.

The service here is great and the food and drinks are overall good as well. This is my go to place when it comes to working or studying. It gets pretty packed quick, so try to get there early if you want to secure a spot. Hopefully they expand! The games and activities they have are limited, but still have a good amount. The music and overall vibe of the place is very welcoming and relaxing.

Cozy seating and quite the array of options for bubble tea and snacks! Came to order the Taiwanese chicken today and ordered it spicy and it came out so delicious and hot. Service is quite quick as well no matter what you order but I can't say how it'd be if it was super busy.

The drinks are pretty good; I normally order the oolong milk tea. The tapioca is usually a good chewy texture but there are times when it is hard. As for food I have tried the bento boxes and chicken nuggets. The bento boxes are okay, I wouldn't go o it if my way to order one if not already here. The garlic soy chicken nuggets however are so addictive!! I have ordered the spicy nuggets once which were so spicy I could only eat two so be warned. When there are big groups it can get loud and gets hard to focus and study if you don't have noise canceling earbuds/headphones. There are some big tables and small tables here with power outlets, so definitely an option for studying here. It's super cute inside and they are normally playing K-pop! The staff here is also pretty nice and welcoming.

This is such a cute little cafe to get a nice drink and have a chat with a friend. We sat in a little booth that you can curtain off. There were lots of people studying around us, so it seems conducive to that if you need a quiet place to go. The owner (or manager) came up to me and asked if I was warm enough (it was a chilly day), and I thought that was so kind and considerate! My taro bubble tea was delightful and HUGE. I got it at half the sugar level, which was still plenty sweet. I'd definitely return if I was in the area!

I love this place overall. They have plenty of drink options, snacks, games, and decent amount of space and outlets. Service is always friendly and welcoming. I love getting the spicy chicken nuggets here, they're not heavily battered and well seasoned both in flavor and overall coverage. I've had the fried oysters which are battered differently like a light crisp texture. I also enjoy the different sauce options. The winter melon black tea and Thai tea is what you expect in a good way. I need to come back and try more drinks.

Love lots of things about this place - open late - super cute inside - game options - unique menu You order at the counter and then sit and wait for your food to be called. It was very tasty. Beware the spicy nuggets are quite spicy (employee warned us too.) we want to come back and try a whole variety of items for an afternoon lunch sometime as many items look great.

My first time here and would be coming back! I was craving bubble tea late at night. This is one of the places that stay open late on Sundays. All other shops close at 9 pm but this opened until 11 pm on Sunday. I arrived and there were quite a few people studying or working. The vibe is definitely more on a quieter side, or at least at the time I came here. I ordered the mango milk tea and mild chicken nuggets. My order number was called not even 5 mins after ordering. I picked up my drink but didn't see my food so I sat back down. Now there's some sort of disconnect, or maybe I just didn't hear them call my number again because I waited for 20 minutes for my food but hasn't come out yet. Decided to check with the counter on an update on my food but it was just sitting at the bar. They could have yelled the number out again, or brought us our order instead. I was the only customer at the time waiting for food/drink order so I feel like the wisest thing to do was just bring me my food? Other than that, I liked the nuggets - it was nice and spicy and crispy. The milk tea was a little too sweet for my liking but was nevertheless delicious and refreshing.

Signs that says "No Amex and $8 min on credit card"... You know it's own by Chinese LOL The fish tofu was overwhelmingly salted. Might kill you if you have high blood pressure. The Strawberry Yogurt green tea based drink was refreshing and helped with the salty snack. P.S there's alot of cute chick decors, which you can buy.

I've passed by Cuckoo's Cafe so many times and finally decided to check it out! So happy I did because they have Taiwanese Chicken Cutlets which are my absolute favorite. I got the Spicy one and it was seasoned to perfection. As a spice lover with high tolerance, this was just the right amount of spice and I loved every bite. A chicken thigh is fried to perfection, while staying both juicy and crispy. Definitely recommend trying this! A bit steep at $9 but unlike any other.
